Sexually explicit material has no place in our public schools. No one wants to ban these books. They are still available at public libraries.  If it was a movie or a song, they would not allowed in school.  Each book in question should be reviewed to see if it is in compliance with the school district code of conduct. This is not an attack on LGBTQ.  Please focus on academic standards and allow parents their right  to guide their children.
