Schools DO NOT Parent, Parents do. - Support for SB656

It is evident that parents have for far too long entrusted the academic well-being and emotional and physical safety of their children to the hands of schools, educators, staff, and administrators for 8 hours each weekday. The mere fact that this proposed legislation is required screams S.O.S. (Save Our Students). Parents have realized that this trust has been broken and are re-entering the public school setting. I am a parent of 1 public HS student, 1 recent public HS graduate, and 1 private school student. I am also a substitute teacher (certified to teach Pk-5) in my local school district. I DO NOT want my children to have access to blatant pornography - no matter how "inclusive" the message.  I STRONGLY SUPPORT this legislation.
