Remove sexually explicit material from schools

NoVA has already been the subject of nationwide news for sexual assaults in schools.  How many more girls need to be raped in schools for people to actually enforce the laws already in the books, concerning sexually explicit materials in the hands of minors?  Schools are essentially functioning as a window into the world of, what is adult, sexual material.  One day, a kid is going to check out one of these books, see that the schools condone this behavior, given the availability of these books and use that as a criminal defense after committing a sexual assault. Wonder what the school, district and state liabilities will be then.
