Schools should educate not indoctrinate. The purpose of education is to teach an individual to think and evaluate information on a factual basis. An individual needs to learn how to sort out facts from opinions, conjectures and falsehoods. Parents can reframe or counterbalance whatever they take exception to but have no right to censor what children other than their own are given as facts. Only totalitarian states are interested in thought control. Is this what we want in the USA?
