Guidance Document Change: The guidance document "Model Policies Concerning Instructional Materials with Sexually Explicit Content" was developed in conjunction with stakeholders in order to comply with SB656 (2022).
I agree that teachings that involve sexual ethics and that affect religious beliefs must involve parental notification in order to be taught. Parents also must have the right to excuse their children from such teachings.
