Not only do parents have a fundamental right to make these decisions, but they are also in the best position to know what is appropriate for their unique children. Our youngest children do not need to be exposed to sexually explicit material and rob them of innocence.  Inappropriate touching and not talking to strangers is the majority of what they need and parents should optimally provide that.
