Guidance Document Change: The guidance document "Model Policies Concerning Instructional Materials with Sexually Explicit Content" was developed in conjunction with stakeholders in order to comply with SB656 (2022).
These policies would be a major victory for children in Virginia. Parents know their children best and must be given the option to exercise their right to make decisions on educational content.
