Regarding Question 8:

If there is more than one SLP responsible for the SLPA then this becomes complicated and burdensome.  It seems there should be one specific responsible SLP licensee.  At a minimum, reference to 18VAC30-21-140 A should be included in the answer to Question 8, as it provides direct guidance for the licensee’s responsibilities for supervision and documentation.Thank you!
