I have read that "Unvaccinated employees must continue to wear a mask, per the Virginia COVID safety standard" in an environment where masking has been communicated to be optional due to the Current (CDC) Community Level of LOW. This "standard" comes across as public shaming and punishment for the unvaccinated. Procedures in the work place have been communicated clearly, "if you are not feeling well stay home, if you tested positive, isolate." Everyone is familiar. There is no need to require healthy people to wear a face covering when they are of no risk of spreading something they do not have. Once again, public shaming and punishment for making a choice for their own health. End the mask mandate, NOW.
