As a POC learning about different cultures helps people feel more welcomed and included. As a child especially you want to feel like you are part of the status quo and normal. Having instructors learn to be more inclusive of cultures is good for everyone it teaches the students that different isn’t bad. It also helps people not be offensive either on purpose or by accident. Honesty at the end of the day it is simple human decency. I support this 100%.
