This work is critical to ensuring access and opportunity for all of our students. As a parent of two young, white boys, I want them to learn and grow up in a system that doesn't gloss over the hard parts of history, that teaches them to embrace their role in liberation for all as a part of their own liberation from a white supremacist history. Please do not back down from this work. Our Commonwealth, nation, and world, need this work to continue in earnest.
