In section 7.2 of the guidance document under sponsored residential there are changes I would ask you to reconsider.  The customized rate being considered when 2 or more people living in the home and providing service only counted as one person would result in 100's of discounted hours.  All staff who are hired and trained and paid as a DSP providing service should be considered toward the customized rate no matter where they live or their relationship.
