Service rates (General Comments)

Rates presented a couple years via Mercer Rate Study were reportedly based on a comparison of services in other state’s continuum  These rates were based on very specific assumptions including but not limited to staffing & credentials, specific components of service and training time, etc.  In recent months alone, there have been significant changes to all of these.  With consideration for the amount of time and money the Commonwealth dedicated to develop accurate rate estimates for a sustainable system, have the actual cost to provide services been reevaluated or plan to be?
