Concerns regarding transparency with the reposting of the Crisis Continuum Draft Regulations on Oct. 7th without discussion or notification to partners, including those identified 3 years earlier to serve as members of the Statewide Crisis Workgroup.  These Draft Regulations had just ended original public comment period just 7 days prior on September 30^th.  Although DMAS and DBHDS met with different groups of partners on the same day regarding significant system changes, the need to repost was not shared.  Recently, it was stated that the changes from the public comment period ending Sept. 30^th were minimal. Many that understand the impact to the system and care of those in crisis do not agree.
