No mandate!

The Covid-19 vaccine protects oneself! Not others! One who has the vaccine is still very capable of spreading the virus to others, just as much as one who has not had the vaccine.  I have had covid (hospitalized and on a ventilator-I had several underlying conditions ) prior to the vaccine coming out, and I still have an extremely high number of antibodies protecting myself; I get them check regularly. I’m part of a research project, to see how long immunity could potentially last. There is no need to subject myself to a vax when it’s not needed. Furthermore, the development of the vaccine was far too fast (and there is no research on the after effects of the vaccine).  Therefore, I do not feel comfortable giving it to my children who are perfectly healthy with no underlying conditions. This should be a personal choice for families when they feel it’s right and when it’s needed. We should not be controlled by tyrants!
