As I’m sure you are aware, ALL COVID-19 vaccines that are currently available in the United States are under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA). This means that, per the PREP Act of 2005, vaccine manufacturers have liability immunity and cannot be sued in the event of a vaccine recipient (school age child included) suffering vaccine injury or death. Of course this is by design. Recently the FDA attempted to trick American citizens into thinking it had approved Pfizer BioNTech when in reality it only approved the vaccine Comirnaty - which is legally distinct and even a different formulation than Pfizer BioNTech, despite the FDA’s false claims to the contrary. Comirnaty - the alleged life saving COVID vaccine - is strangely not in production and likely never will be. I mean, why on earth would Pfizer produce an FDA approved & licensed vaccine without an immunity shield if it can continue to injure and kill thousands while making millions on an EUA-authorized vaccine, Pfizer BioNTech?!?! Am I right or am I right? To be honest, though, I was at first surprised that Virginia wanted to get in on the Biden Administration’s criminal vaccine mandate conspiracy, but then I took five seconds to think this through…if you enact a vaccine mandate in Virginia schools, the kick backs you’ll likely be getting from big pharma based on how many kids you get vaccinated are going to be, as President Trump would say, YUUUUUGE (i.e., $$$$$$).

To further add to your criminal conspiracy, I’m certain you’re aware that if you “mandate” an EUA vaccine, informed consent is required, meaning everyone has a right to refuse.  Sadly, that won’t stop you from enacting a mandate, since this is all part of an evil agenda to sterilize our children and the more kids you can get vaccinated, the more money for you. I’m sure, the brainwashed sheep of parents will be lining up to vaccinate their kids because, hey, every virtue-signaling liberal is doing it, which means you’ll probably make a few million dollars quick. Just make sure you put it in offshore bank accounts because I hear defense lawyers are getting expensive. 

All the EUA and criminal conspiracy stuff aside, have any of you looked into the data related to long-term safety of these vaccines? Wait…it doesn’t exist so there’s NOOOOO way you can definitively say these vaccines are safe long-term?!? Well, that is certainly good to know in the event you falsely attempt to tell kids and parents these vaccines are safe!

For those still in LA LA Land, I encourage you to look at Section 13.1 of the Comirnaty labeling insert (yes, for the vaccine that doesn’t exist - I guarantee the EUA vaccines are even worse, they just don’t have labeling inserts with any real data…). Pfizer specifically states that “COMIRNATY has not been evaluated for the potential to cause carcinogenicity, genotoxicity, or impairment of male fertility.” So you’re telling me you want to mandate a vaccine for our children WITHOUT long-term data on the ability for the vaccine to cause cancer, genetic mutation, or male infertility?! Sounds to be directly in line with a de-population agenda. Bravo! If any of you ever wondered which side you would have been on in Germany prior to WWII, I can assure you that you surely would have leaned Nazi.

What does all of this mean? Let me tell you. It means you have no regard for the health of your students, because you’d be mandating them to take an EUA-authorized vaccine where they and their families have ZERO recourse in the event of their injury or death, which is in fact more likely than them suffering injury or death as the result of contracting COVID. It means you have no regard for the long-term well-being of your students and whether or not they develop cancer or lose their ability to lead happy lives and procreate. It means you really have no regard for children in general. In fact, what you have may be contempt for children. Only someone genuinely evil would vote to mandate a vaccine for a child knowing it had even the slightest potential to cause that child to develop cancer or become sterile (there is no middle ground on this - it’s evil through and through). Coincidentally, it also means you have been made aware of the above facts and will no longer be able to claim that you were “unaware” of these facts as a defense in the future.
