There is no need to mandate vaccines.  Let individuals make their own informed choice.  The concerned individual who filed this petition may get vaccinated and therefore will receive protection from COVID to the extent that the vaccine provides.  Now the vaccinated person does not need to now worry about the unvaccinated people.
