More science and time needed prior to new vaccine to be a mandate

Considering the vaccine does not prevent transmission to other individuals, it doesn't make sense to require it, especially for the age group least at risk of serious complications of contracting the virus. Whereas having the vaccine available for individuals with higher risk factors is invaluable, requiring it for all persons is unnecessary and unethical. Long term effects are still unknown, and the vaccine should not be considered infallible, especially when it was rushed to be released and much more research can and should be done. Additionally, a school system should not mandate a vaccine or any other health protocols that has been as politicized as this has, making obtaining accurate information difficult and seeking alternative treatments demonized like a repeat of satanic panic. It's too early and the vaccine is not effective enough to add it to the required vaccination list for VA schools.
