Please do not do this. Although there are claims that the Pfizer vaccine has been FDA approved, this is not accurate. Any vial of vaccine that is currently available is actually under an EUA; as it stands, parents would have no choice but to subject their child to an EUA vaccine. There is so much evidence that these vaccines can be very dangerous and life-altering for some kids who receive them. For example, the instances of myocarditis in boys and young men is frightening. No matter how “rare” these adverse reactions might be, the mandate you are considering would give parents no option other than to gamble with their child’s health. I respectfully implore you to deny this petition, especially since these vaccines are relatively new and we don’t have the benefit of time to understand the true risks they pose to our children.
