Mandating vaccination of the public for an illness that is mild or undetectable in most cases is already beyond the reach of government authority. Taking it a step further by mandating school aged children who have been minimally affected and with a vaccine that is both new with no long term testing and is has a different questionable design that could cause grander health issues down the road, is significantly beyond your authority. These decisions should remain in the hands of the parents.
