I agree with President Casteen's strong endorsement of this proposal, which can make our universities more competitive in hiring, can reduce insurance premiums for all by drawing more citizens under the umbrella of coverage, and can acknowledge the actual complexities of contemporary family situations (especialy as influenced by our society's current economic strains).
