Virginia has lagged behind other states in recognizing that it is in the best interest of all citizens to support qualtiy health care for all.  This legislation is a fair approach to providing employees of the the Commonweatlh what is offered by the majority of Fortune 500 Companies.  Why wouldn't we want to retain the best government workers possible and provide them with this basic option for health care coverage for another adult in their household.  Please support this legislation.  Thank you.
