It is time for Virginia government to allow this extension of insurance to an additional adult member of the same household.  This keeps the Commonwealth, as an employer, competitive for the best and brightest minds working to make a better Virginia for all of us.

If I were looking for a job and all other things being equal, if the Commonwealth didn't offer this extension of insurance, you can bet that I would seek another employer, perhaps even an employer who offers this benefit OUTSIDE OF THIS COMMONWEALTH.  You would lose my expertise, plus if i chose to leave Virginia, the Commonwealth would lose the money I pay in income taxes.

It's time to think outside of the Commonwealth. and perhaps leave the Commonwealth if my services are better compensated somewhere else.  And with the soon-to-be republican governor, why would I want to stay here?  more of George Bush politics and his party, NO THANKS.  My memory isn't that bad.  Let Virginia suffer for it's poor election choice.
