Please register my comment in favor of this proposal to permit another adult in the household to buy into health insurance.  I am aware of a number of highly talented people who were offered positions in Virginia agencies and universities, but who have taken positions elsewhere because of Virginia's inflexible position on health care.  While still not entirely fair, it is a step better than what we currently have and will put Virginia agencies and universities in a better position with regard to recruitment and retention.  Thank you.
