To continue to attract the best candidates for positions we need to offer this insurance coverage.  People who have already commented in the negative do not seem to understand the financials behind the proposal.  This would NOT increase taxes and coverage would be paid for by the employees.  Allowing employees to elect coverage for another household member is the right ethical and financial decision.
