If this costs taxpayers nothing....why are there comments here saying otherwise and saying not to suopport it?  It would appear that (some) of those that have....couldn't care less about all those that don't....way to go with your hypocritical religoions,discrimination and lunacy. I say this is desperately needed and would help the State recruit and keep the best qualified individuals for their jobs. If people wish to object to this based on their exaltations of themselves(I'm legally married here...your not..) then we desperately need our leaders to say...no...everyone has a right to equality and equal access to health care for their families...traditional and non-traditional(what's a normal family anyways...??)  Love is love....we need to all start respecting the diversity that does exist... and will continue to exist.
