I have been an employee of several technology comanies including an internet start-up, SAIC and Sprint. All have provided similar benefit packages. As a matter of fact, 80% of fortune 500 companies provide this type of benefit. Virginia should follow suit and demonstrate that it is a family friendly state and a good place to work.
