I am in support of Governor Tim Kaine's administration recently a proposal that could result in state employees being able to elect insurance coverage for an "otherwise qualified adult" living in their household on their state health insurance plan. I would be proud to live in state that extends healthcare coverage and other benefits to same-sex partners.
