As a supporter of human rights for everyone, I strongly support this effort to extend coverage. 

As the Human Rights Campaign clearly states in their latest action alert about this, the plan would permit "employees to choose to cover an "otherwise qualified adult" at their expense and without cost to taxpayers".

If it's not adding to Virginia's budget woes, then why would anyone possibly oppose this?
