As a Virginia resident and taxpayer, I applaud the move by Governor Kaine to include signifacant others in the commonwealths benefit package...  I do not work for the state, or have anything to gain from this, I only beleive that a person's significant other, regardless of race, religion, or any other differance (including sexual preferance) should not preclude someone/anyone from being excluded from a state/commonwealth run benefit plan
