Why wouldn't we choose a no-cost (to taxpayers) initiative that results in more Virginian's, children and adults with health care coverage?  Shouldn't that be a goal we all share, coverage for all?  And if this option would be paid for by the state employee. . . I can't see why anyone would oppose this fair minded, logical initiative.
