As a health care professional, I applaud this move to increaee access to adults living within the same household. In these economic times, individuals may not have access to health care benefits for a variety of reasons. This allows a variety of adults living within the same household to access benefits at cost. This helps those who are self-employed, lost their benefits through job loss or economic downturns, or are working but do not have health care benefits available to them. Access to health care benefits is a barrier that can be overcome with smart policies. The cost of health care benefits and health care itself is the next graet challenge.
