Please extend health benefits for state employees to other qualified adults living in employees' households.  Although I would not benefit directly from such a change, I would benefit from Virginia Tech's enhanced ability to recruit and retain quality faculty.  I would also benefit because it's the right thing to do.  I am willing to pay extra costs to achieve this benefit.
