It is my understanding that this legislation will allow the state to provide access to the state's health insurance to co-habitants of state employees. (Meaning that the co-habitants will pay to be included in the state's insurance plan.) While it's not everything I could have hoped for, I strongly support this action. Thank you to all those who worked to get this in place.
