From childhood to now, I have been in many household situations where the ruling change would have applied and been of great help to household members and the integrity of the household.  I have had a live-in grandparent, a long-term partner who chose not to marry immediately,  and a close friend who needed addiction counseling and treatment.  In all of these circumstances, we could pay 100% of the premiums as would be required in the proposed changes.  I support the governor's proposal.
