As  citizens of the Commonwealth,we believe that the proposed change in regulations to allow "other qualified adults" as eligible dependents on the state health insurance an idea that is very appropriate in today's market. Extending benefits will help us compete in the job market for faculty and other key state employees.  Other states have done this very successfully and are really ahead of us in recruitment.
