This is absolutely horrifying to me.  In the first place this type of move is totally against the Virginia Constitution.  Secondly it will greatly, and I do mean greatly, increase the monetary burden on the people of the state of Virginia.  What is the Governor thinking of?  I am totally opposed to any such extending of benefits to homosexual and unmarried couples.  Shades of our out of control Federal government!!!
