I believe that it may appear good on the outside and what is for now, however, agreeing to this new "change" will increase health care cost shortly down the line. If Joe Smoe can move his entire family in and still be covered under the state employees health plan, there will be a loophole that will be found later to somehow increase coverage cost. I don't buy it. I am opposed to this new proposed plan!
