I am in strong support of this regulatory action.  As a registered nurse, I am a strong advocate for increasing health care coverage opportunities and options.  This is an important method that will  allow health care coverage for non-married; non-dependent individuals that are affiliated (by blood or by choice), with a state employee. As a state employee, I see this as an important  regulation that demonstrates Virginia's commitment to recruit and retain the best and brightest workforce.
