I am opposed to Gov. Kaine's proposal to expand health care benefits for state employees to include anyone living with that employee.  This proposal runs counter to the Marriage Amendment that Virginia voters approved three years ago.  It will also cost Virginia taxpayers at a time when those taxpayers are already reeling.
