This outrageous move by Govenor Kaine to expand heathcare benefits to same-sex partners and unmarried cohabitors is in direct violation to the marriage ammendment passed by the majority of VA voters in 2006.  Despite claims by the administration, this expansion will ultimately be a burden on taxpayers in surmounting costs to families.
