I support this proposal.  The full draft text makes it clear that the coverage is available to only one other qualifying adult (OQA) in the employee's household, and only after the two have shared a residence for at least 12 months.  That is sensible.  Passing this proposal will allow Virginia to be more competitive in recruiting and retaining talented employees. It would also represent a solid step toward equality.
