This is rediculous!!! How much in debt should we go??? How many people can we taxpayers really pay for? Not to mention---IT GOES AGAINST THE CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMEND THE PEOPLE VOTED FOR!!!!! Tim Kane is too liberal (and not Catholic) for the majority of voters in this state. He really doesn't care about what we think or how we vote.
