When the public receives anything "Free" from the government it only serves to enslave us all.
Also we can't actually receive anything from the government that does not come out of the pockets of the tax payers I strongly oppose Governor Kaines idea. It is not leagal. Democrates have done away with our Constitution and Laws of this Land of the USA.
