I think this is an absolutely wonderful proposal!  Being able to add partners, in-laws, or adult children who live with a parent that works for the state is an awesome benefit!  This updated benefits policy will make our state a welcoming and fair-minded place to recruit, reward, and retain the best public employees.  It will make health insurance available to people who otherwise might not have sufficient coverage.
