This is so needed at this time.  The national debate on health care has brought so many inequalties to light.  We have too many people in our state and nation that are either unable to get insurance or are paying truly exorbitant fees for coverage.  This change would allow at least some of those people in our state to be able to have truly affordable, necessary coverage.  I am very much in favor of this expansion of coverage option.  I would use it for my adult daughter living with me and suffering from a seizure disorder that has made her insurance coverage astronomical.  Please, please allow this to go forward.
