The Commonwealth has no money for this now! And even if we did, it's unconstitutional and contrary to the Marriage Amendment. But what does Tim Kaine care about fiscal responsibility or the Virginia Constitution? He doesn't care, just like his masters in DC. He ignores the law, prudent money management and common sense - all in the name of ideological social engineering! Bah Humbug!
