All legal citizens of the USA are entitled or need to have access to adequate medical care.  I do believe the state leaders use the state employees too often in their attempts to correct the economic problems however on the other hand we should be the keepers of each other.  We who have insurance may one day be without insurance.  The leaders need to devise ways to include everybody in the circle when trying to improve our economic situation as well as the heath care crisis.  The one day off in May will decrease taxes collected that may be used to help supplement other services.  Aslo less pay may create additional problems such as bills not paid, food not purchased, medications not purchases, etc.  The state employees can't do it alone.
