Opposition to Expanding Healthcare Benefits by Gov. Kaine

Any attempt to expand healthcare benefits to any persons in Virginia that are not married will be an act against the constitution of Virginia and more importantly, against the will of the people of Virginia when a vast majority voted for the Marriage Amendment in 2006.

Also, Such an expansion of benefits, despite claims by proponents, has to increase the cost of health insurance for the state and consequently, the taxpayer.

When someone acts out of their authority and violates a constitution they are sworn to uphold, then there are big problems.
