Governor,

Please do not expand health care benefits for state employees to include not only same-sex partners, but anyone living in a house with a state worker. This will affect families and family stability.

Also, the proposal to expand health care benefits beyond marriage is a clear violation of the Constitution of Virginia. Such an expansion of benefits, despite claims by proponents, has to increase the cost of health insurance for the state and consequently, the taxpayer.
